I called and the owner, Mark. was the one who answered the phone! I needed to get my daughter’s car in because the... steering wheel was shaking upon braking. He basically knew the problem over the phone and said we could bring it in the very next day. These days, car repair shops don’t get you in the very next day. Mark was honest, reliable and a pleasure to give my business to! We have decided to start bringing all our vehicles to T & A. Love a good family business!read more

Got me right in as soon as they could and got to the bottom of my issues and found one I did not know I had. Got me... fixed gave me a detailed report of what had been done and why and the price was good too. When they say they have it all they truly do. Mark was great. They did what they said they'd do for the amount they quoted me. Can't beat that.*Update: I was just... in again and they fixed my car for less than I thought it would be and it was done in less than an hour. They are really great and they really care about doing a fantastic job everytime.*Fresh Update: They got me in on short notice for front brakes and did an awesome job. They even gave me a ride home and picked me back up later so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. Great service!!!read more

We had a broken rear strut while traveling. They half way repaired and did not tighten bolts on the struts or replace... the strut mounts with new ones. Taped the dust shroud with duct tape. Struts were sliding up and down on all the loose bolts.We Had to bring it in to a better shop to tighten all bolts up, and still had to bring in again to get new mounts put on costing me even more. Contacted them multiple times, no credit, response or anything.To the response from the business below….No positive it was this shop, check you email. Stiill have invoice you just refused to email back and now months later.read more

Friendly, fast, trustworthy, cost efficient, and skillful service! Called on a Monday at 1pm and was able to get my car... in the very next morning. All services were done within a few hours of drop off! The problems with my vehicle, the cost of repair, and the amount of time it would take to fix it was communicated clearly. Took my vehicle in for a leak in my power steering, and a check engine light. Chris initially answer the phone and... answered all my questions. I was called back with some questions about the vehicle and was told I was just a bad O ring. Upon test driving the SUV I was told by Mark that I had a bad wheel bearing, which I replied “oh, that’s what that noise is”. Mark stated it was so loud he couldn’t tell if it was one or both. I told him to fix the problem as long as he had the car. I was called back later, only one side needed to be repaired, and my vehicle was done. I really appreciate Mark not taking advantage of the situation, alerting me to the problem and the speed and quality in which the repairs were made. My car is so quiet and drives great now!! I’ll be going back for any future repairs! Thanks guys for your integrity!read more

T&A Auto just installed a remote start on my pickup and I couldn't be happier about it. I can now start my pickup from... my office! They provided great customer service and know how to treat a person right. Mark walked me through the whole process and all the features this new remote starter has. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and Mark is friendly and takes time to know the customers. The lobby has coffee and... is a good place to get other work done while waiting for an oil change. When there are issues with car maintenance, Mark makes sure to point them out so owners can be proactive before they run into trouble on the road.read more

I needed an oil change and some general work done on my SUV. My husband usually does the work himself, but he's just... been too busy. I was referred to T and A by a coworker. Deb was very friendly and got me connected with her husband Mark right away to explain what I wanted looked at. They understood I just wanted to know what was wrong with my truck and get some estimates and didn't want to be charged an arm and a leg to do so like another shop wanted. Mark was even able to get me in the next day. They were so reasonable we ended up having them fix more than I originally intended on. To me that says a lot knowing my husband can do most of the work himself, but they were honest and fair which was worth my husband's time to me. I was even more please to find out Joel was the tech there. He has worked on my vehicles in the past. I know it's getting done right with him so that was a bonus as well. They were able to get all the work done while I was at work. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!read more

I bought a used vehicle that had a 7 day return policy on it. I wanted to get it checked out before I decided whether... to keep it or not. I took the car to T & A to have them evaluate it to see if there was anything wrong with it. When Mark C. called I was prepared to be told I’d need to have multiple things repaired. (I feel like anytime I’ve taken a vehicle into a shop they always find something “wrong.” Mark told me he didn’t find anything that needed to be repaired or replaced. I was very pleasantly surprised. I immediately knew I’d found the place I’d be taking all of my family’s vehicles to. Not only was the staff friendly, they were knowledgeable and trustworthy as well.
