It depends on the engine and the oil it runs. Most modern engines sit between five and seven and a half thousand miles on synthetic, and we will tell you what yours calls for rather than a one size answer.

We fill with what your engine calls for. If the manual specifies synthetic, that is what goes in, and the grade is written on your work order.

Yes. Maintenance at an independent shop keeps the factory warranty as long as the schedule is followed and documented, and the paperwork you get here covers that.
